ALTO Technology Solutions, LLC was founded in 2018 by Allen Boyrazian and Tony Palladini, two seasoned IT professionals looking to do things right and make the world a better place. Think of them as having new-school techniques with old-school values: use today's technology to do things right and do it right the first time. It only made sense for them to combine their names to form the ALTO brand!
After working in the IT industry for consulting companies and big-name corporations, they realized that they could offer small businesses something that would really stand out. In their travels, customers shared countless stories about times when their business was down for hours, even days, only to get forwarded to someone's voicemail. Or how something would get fixed, but they weren't really sure what broke or how they could prevent it from breaking again. Documentation containing logins, IP addresses, passwords, and any other critical IT-related information was never provided to them (and if it was, it was rarely updated). Overall, anything IT-related was a hassle and a headache.
To ALTO, this is all wrong. The relationship that your business has with an IT consultant should be a strong and positive one. Business owners and their employees should feel both confident and comfortable when collaborating. This is where ALTO stands out. Customers can reach friendly ALTO technicians via phone call, text, or email. If something breaks, you'll know how and why. All of your critical IT information will be documented, updated, and readily accessible. You'll soon start to view technology as a tool, not a pain point.
